Teacher of Sociology required for January Start in Merton, SW London

MPS/UPS for inner London

Our client, a successful Secondary school in Merton are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and innovative teacher of Sociology to be part of a vibrant and supportive Humanities and SOSE department.

A department with extensive resources and a great team of staff who perform consistently at an outstanding level.


The School is an outstanding, successful and multi-cultural comprehensive school for girls who are heavily oversubscribed and highly regarded in the local community.


They have high expectations of students and provide a dynamic and stimulating environment in which they can learn and develop as individuals.

To join us and be successful in this RE Teacher role, you will need to:

  • Hold QTS
  • Have an Enhanced DBS
  • Have a CV that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
