In line with strategic growth plans for this practice area, they have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate and Associate.

Role Responsibilities

As Associate/Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload across several industry sectors, ranging from entrepreneurs, start-ups, SME's, family-owned businesses and private investors.
Undertaking work involving mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity, venture capitals and joint ventures.
Assisting Partners with business development and marketing activity.
Supporting in the development of junior team members, offering guidance and advice as their careers continue to progress.

Person Specification

As a successful Senior Associate/Associate, you will have a minimum of 5/6 years PQE within a similar role, a good knowledge of Corporate and Commercial legal matters and experience in dealing directly with clients.

Ideally, you will be ambitious and driven and can demonstrate a true team player ethos which is imperative to this position given the demands of the role.

The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients is imperativegiven the complexities of the client work involved.
