Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team with their own carpet machine.

As a Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that carpets are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform carpet cleaning services at customer locations
  • Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to remove dirt, stains, and odors
  • Move furniture and other items as needed to access carpets
  • Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and address any concerns
  • Provide recommendations for carpet maintenance and care
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive to different locations throughout the day
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and move furniture as needed
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
