**: Hi

57 yr male needing help around house and accessing outdoors, I have MS so my mobility is challenged but am still walking a little.

Very sociable and capable guy, at the moment Im independant but beginning to struggle.
I need to use a wheelchair or my scooter for any distance.

I enjoy cinema, outdoors, quiet beaches, walking dogs (haven't got one yet) but you are welcome to bring yrs, I have been indoors a lot due to mobility.

I have Gym equipment at home and would like help using it or accessing facilities at a public gym for disabled users.

Play on xbox, watch films at home, cook good healthy food when able.
Helping me batch cook meals(I can cook) but might not be 100% some days so something in the freezer helps
Rebuild vintage guitars and and am learning to read music
someone who can fit in a little and add to my day would be great.
general houshold chores,
picking up prescriptions, taking me to appointments. and out to parks, clevedon seafront, sand bay etc
Times would be generally mid morning onwards 5-6 days as suits us
Non smoker only
A car or licence is a strong advantage, also an interest in healthy lifestyle/nutrition.
payment to be adjusted according to skills and car use etc

I try to be as eat healthy as possible to slow disease progression down so outdoor time would be amazing.
