We are urgently recruiting for Customer Support Advisors to join our client who is a large leisure organisation based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
You will be providing excellent support on a national project.This is an ongoing long-term temporary position, starting 6th January until at least September 2023 with scope for extension
Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, flexibility to work additional hours in peak period is required.
As a Customer Support Advisor, your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the national sports campaign
- Providing accurate information to the public, consistently delivering high levels of support
- Proactively calling attendees for feedback on courses and completing satisfaction surveys
- Calling attendees to resolve compaints
- Completing general administration duties
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will have:
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- IT literate
- You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Administrators, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Coordinator, Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator
As the Customer Support Advisor, you will receive a salary of between £21,000 and £24,000 per annum, £11-£13 per hour plus fantastic benefits including 28 days holiday including the Bank Holidays, pro-rata increasing to 33 days after 12 weeks, shopping and wellbeing discounts and access to a 24 hour Doctor.
