Principal Resourcing are actively seeking to recruit a
Trainee Teaching Assistant to provide
day-to-day and
long-term cover across our partnership Primary Academies based in
Scarborough and the surrounding areas.

The flexible role will commence
September 2023 to support pupils across the KS1/KS2 curriculum on an ongoing basis.

As a
Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will work under the instruction and guidance of the Class Teacher to assist with the management of pupils in the classroom during delivery of lesson input and learning activities.


You must be committed to high standards, actively promoting a safe, secure and happy learning environment that encourages pupils to succeed.

Skills and attributes:


  • A keen interest in supporting children at KS1/KS2 level
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Experience of working in a similar setting or environment
  • Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
  • An observant and responsive approach
  • A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to obtain one

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
