The care management Supervisor will have responsibility for overseeing and carrying out support plans and reviews for those Invercare Support.

Ensuring care and support plans/risk assessments /reviews are written to a high standard, focusing on outcomes and customer lead care and support.

Ensuring electronic systems are maintained and updated.


The Care Management supervisor will also work with staff to ensure that they are able to achieve service user outcomes through monitoring and supervision.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Renfrewshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
