Technology Leader:

Additionally, the Technology Leader is responsible for identifying opportunities for business process improvement through technology, data, and automation.

They actively measure the value being created and delivered to customers and stakeholders and monitor performance metrics to focus on the business value created.

The Technology Leader also leads the identification and implementation of new products based on changing customer needs.

They encourage a diverse and collaborative work environment, drive change management plans, and prioritize talent development and a culture of belonging.


Ultimately, this role seeks to foster a product and user-centric mindset to create value for employees, partners, patients, and healthcare professionals.


Some of the main activities are summarised below:


Business and Technology Strategy:


  • Support vision, align/prioritize business & IT strategies and coshape strategic demand with the business
  • Translate business vision/strategies and customer needs to product groups, empowering Product Group Leaders (PGLs) to innovate and create solutions to meet business / customer needs
  • Codrive continuous improvement and seek opportunities for business process improvement through technology, data and automation with Head of Technology

Technology Leadership:


  • Having a deep understanding of the business context, industry trends, and market demands. This includes utilizing knowledge of customers and the broader ecosystem to identify and implement emerging products that meet customers' evolving needs. It also involves using datadriven insights to drive business process improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Enable and drive product and user centric mindset, models and delivery creating value for our employees, partners, patients and HCPs
  • Be a change agent to support the drive for further digital transformation within the markets and the region as a whole
  • Utilizing the market insights to shape the technology product roadmaps to enable the product groups to fulfill constantly changing external requirements in real time
  • The ability to negotiate and influence in order to manage the relationship between IT and other business functions. This includes navigating conflicts, building consensus, and to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Internal and external partnerships:


  • Foster an environment to increase digital acumen and drive datadriven culture for business partners and product teams across TAs and markets
  • Where appropriate build strong partnerships and connections with technology providers, govt, advisory boards to shape policies & deliver innovative solutions. This includes effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to foster trust and engage stakeholders in technology discussions.

Investment, financial and value management:


  • Maintain a pulse on performance metrics to focus on business value realization and pullthrough, including end user/customer KPIs, product group performance, technical performance (e.g., available / up time), product maturity and revenue/market growth
  • Support Head of Technology on selected initiatives and any planning cycles (e.g., BP, LRFP)

Experimentation/execution and delivery:


  • Leverage knowledge of customers and broader ecosystem to drive identification / implementation of emerging products based on customers' evolving needs
  • Identify and promote opportunity to leverage cross enterprise platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

8-10 Years Work Experience.
