Our Client, a World recognised and respected Automotive OEM Manufacturer based in rural Warwickshire, are actively seeking a competent and experienced Project Co-ordinator for Architectural Design to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis.


  • As the Project Coordinator for Architectural Design, you're supporting the Architectural Designers and Project Managers with the planning, coordination and implementation for ongoing architectural projects, to ensure all facilities are completed on schedule, on budget and in alignment with the company Brand Standards.


The team is based in the studio in Warwickshire within the multi award winning Design department, showcasing a vast range of design disciplines and expertise covering, architectural design, product design, transportation design, graphic design and show stand design.

Responsible for Real Estate, Retail and Dealerships, Partnerships, Licensing, Branding, Merchandising, events and much more.

  • The Architectural Design team primary functions are to design Dealership showroom, Brand Centre's, Private Residencies and Automotive galleries.

The Key Responsibilities:


  • Collating required documents and information for commencement of new Concept Designs.
  • Assisting with the communication between Dealer, Architects, Contractors, Design, Suppliers and Regional Teams.
  • Participate in regular meetings to understand current and future project work requirements.
  • Gatekeeper to ensure Dealerships maintain our current CI and supporting those who need updating.
  • Preparing cost estimates for Dealers to manage expectations and ensure the build and fit out budgets are aligned.
  • Ongoing support of average cost per m2 for CI guidelines.
  • Ensure all stages of the build process are compliant with the approved design, from drawing review to completion and beyond for the lifespan of the facility.
  • Assist in maintaining the work planner and reviewing regularly with the team and the designers.
  • Responding to all queries regarding the general design / build / ordering CI pieces / customs issues / and general questions from the Dealers / architect / construction team / regional ND team etc.
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and helping dealers place orders for CI elements.
  • Supporting implementation of CI elements and ongoing value engineering.

Qualifications & Experience ideally required:


  • Should ideally be educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline, although lesser qualifications, but plenty of relevant experience will be absolutely fine too.
  • You will experienced working within Brand environments and used to maintaining Brand Corporate Identity.
  • You will need to be comfortable leading and directing meetings, have a firm but polite manner with the ability to keep the agenda on point, ensuring Corporate Identity and Brand standards are upheld.
  • Experience of working on facilities projects and a basic understanding of Architectural drawings and Construction processes is needed.
