The First Contact Centre is a dynamic new one stop service that is transforming the way patients and referral agencies access the Hospices services.
An opportunity has arisen for a Weekend Administrator to join the First Contact Team.If you are the successful applicant, you will be part of the team that acts as the first point of contact into the Hospices services.
You will answer telephone calls from people who may be in difficult and stressful situations, provide advice and signpost to other services or agencies.
