As the Head of Hotel Revenue - Europe, you will be responsible for leading the European Revenue team in the strategies and rate decisions for all properties contained within the European Hotel Program, (falling under the sphere of Revenue Management).


Other main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the revenue team on a daily basis. This will include people development, training in all relevant things revenue, future recruitment, team structure planning etc.
  • Ensuring regular rate reviews are carried out with a focus upon optimising Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & Revenue
  • Being accountable for the Revenue Management team's development, and specifically the workload of the Regional Revenue Managers
  • Working with all partners, agents, resort management, legal & account teams as required. Representing the Revenue Management team to internal and external partners as required.
  • Being accountable for forecasting and reporting generated by the Revenue Management team.
  • Providing relevant figures, support and expertise in the annual budget process.
  • As required, assume direct responsibilities for a region of managed properties, fulfilling the tasks of immediate direct reports.
  • Inputting in the deployment of new reporting methodologies and/or business intelligence software's.
  • Working with US counterparts, as required to deliver any appropriate global strategies
  • The ability and enthusiasm to present at conferences, team meetings, industry events etc.

Qualifications
Qualifications - Internal

Previous experience of leadership and team management is preferred, as is experience Revenue Management, Vacation Ownership and/or Hospitality.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Familiarity with SQL willing to learn SQL if required
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Software (Looker BI)
  • Knowledge of VBA code willing to learn VBA independently
  • Experience with or willing to learn the creation of an annualised budget
  • Experience of managing financials where appropriate
  • Hold or Obtain CRME certification
The role requires a full driving license.
