Service Coordinator - Portbury, United Kingdom - ST Selection
Description
As a Service Coordinator you will train to become first point of contact for our varied customer base and support the Depot Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Salary - £22-24KHolidays - 25 days + Bank Holidays
Hours - 8.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Location - Portbury, Bristol
Responsibilities include (but are not restricted to) the following:
- Processing customer orders using rental software package MCSrm
- Organising daily and weekly logistics for all deliveries, collections and equipment maintenance
- Processing paperwork associated with hire contracts and the servicing of equipment
- Working closely with the depot foreman and team of engineers to ensure all customer requests and orders are delivered to a high standard
Skills:
- Has the ability to prioritise a variety of matters, as and when they arise, and deal with them in a professional and timely manner
- Can demonstrate high levels of both oral and written communication skills to forge strong internal and external relationships, across all levels of business
- Has the capacity to work autonomously and to prioritise their workload
- Is able to thrive when both working as part of a team and as an individual
- Is proficient with all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) with strong typing and general computer skills
- Has good business awareness and attention detail in every aspect of their work
