Description

As a Service Coordinator you will train to become first point of contact for our varied customer base and support the Depot Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations.

Salary - £22-24K

Holidays - 25 days + Bank Holidays

Hours - 8.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Location - Portbury, Bristol

Responsibilities include (but are not restricted to) the following:

Processing customer orders using rental software package MCSrm
Organising daily and weekly logistics for all deliveries, collections and equipment maintenance
Processing paperwork associated with hire contracts and the servicing of equipment
Working closely with the depot foreman and team of engineers to ensure all customer requests and orders are delivered to a high standard

Skills:

Has the ability to prioritise a variety of matters, as and when they arise, and deal with them in a professional and timely manner
Can demonstrate high levels of both oral and written communication skills to forge strong internal and external relationships, across all levels of business
Has the capacity to work autonomously and to prioritise their workload
Is able to thrive when both working as part of a team and as an individual
Is proficient with all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) with strong typing and general computer skills
Has good business awareness and attention detail in every aspect of their work
