The role
You will join a team of academics and practitioners. On occasion the work is expected to entail site visits in the UK requiring overnight stay.

This position is based in the School of Computing and Communications in the Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.


Skills and experience

  • You will hold a PhD (awarded or awaiting viva) in computer science, software engineering, business computing, social computing, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of agile software development is essential to this position
  • You will have demonstrable experience with working or researching in a company or business
  • You will have experience of publishing in internationally leading conferences or journals, or evidence that such output will be forthcoming in the near future.
