Skill/Experience Requirements:


  • A proven passion in social media marketing
  • Strong copywriting & creative skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva knowledge preferred
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities will include:


  • Managing client social media accounts on a weekly basis
  • Working with the Social Media Manager to deliver the social media service
  • Generating unique and engaging social content
  • Designing social media graphics & animations
  • Creating UGC content for consumer focused brands
  • Creating and implementing both marketing and social media strategies
  • Attending client meetings and being a point of contact
  • Creating innovative ways to communicate client messages
  • Researching latest social media trends and marketing technology
  • Create social media reports that demonstrate marketing goals and growth

Person Requirements:


We're looking for someone who's organised, can work within time constraints and someone who's able to both work with others and on their own.

We need someone with a good eye for detail, with strong initiative, who's able to self critique and produce high quality work.

We're ideally looking for someone who can take the role, add their own stamp on it and become a senior member of the team.

Also, a form of transport to and from our Melton office and client meetings is required.


Further Information:

Hours of Work: 9AM-5PM, 5 days a week

Superfly Marketing are based in Melton.
