There is a fantastic opportunity for a Semi-Senior to Senior Accountant to join a thriving, growing, modern firm of Accountants based in Maidstone, Kent.

About the firm:

With over 30 staff, this well-established firm of Chartered Accountants are keen to expand their team due to continuous, exciting business growth.

Founded in 1974, this firm has clients from a wide range of sectors, enabling the staff to gain a breadth ofexperience and meet lots of interesting people

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of VAT returns
Assisting clients with their Tax compliance
Accounts production whether that be preparation through to draft review for the more Junior applicants or through to completion for those working at a senior level
Liaising with clients when necessary
Working within the Accounts team and reporting to Managers when appropriate
3+ years Practice experience in an Accounts role
Studying towards a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA or be AAT qualified
Good written English and communication skills

Additional information:

Salary from £25,000 p/a to £35,000 p/a
Hybrid working
