Role and Responsibilities
This post is mostly for a remote working position. You will need your own laptop.
- Answering Kinda phone and dealing with referrers, families, enquiries, issues and queries. Recording all telephone communication in a timely manner.
- Filing documents online using either Sharepoint or Basecamp
- Organising meetings with remote admin staff to coordinate tasks
- Collating information needed for FSA review every October, this may be allocated to another admin but needs a central overview
- Credit control chasing unpaid invoices in a timely manner
- Assisting with HR tasks using Breathe HR software
- Assisting with timesheet/payroll tasks
- Assisting with staffing
- General diary management for the forest school
- Creating, editing and reviewing documents for Kinda using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google Docs, Sheets and Forms
- Creating events on Facebook and publicising our Tribes
- Editing and updating our WordPress website
- Creating social media posts to increase engagement across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Organising staff training days working with remote admin staff
- Checking risk assessments are up to date
- Editing and Checking Bookwhen bookings
- Policy and procedure knowledge and accountability
- Volunteer care
- Time keeping
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Administration qualification of any kind
GCSE English Language pass (or equivalent)
Desired
Management skills
GDPR knowledge/training
Microsoft / Google training / experience
Experience working with young people - especially regarding Alternative Provision / Home Education
Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate
Prevent training certificate
