AJ Chambers is working with a fantastic accountancy practice in the East Midlands that is currently recruiting for an In-house Solicitor to join them as a Legal Director.

This organization offers the opportunity to move away from business development, fee targets and time recording.

You'll be utilising the firm's client base working on matters including:

Mergers & Acquisitions
Management buyouts
Partnership & shareholder agreements
Companies act
Corporate tax

You'll also be in charge of a team of 4 people with the opportunity to grow the team so you'll be required to train, manage and sign off on legal work.
