What is involved in this position?

  • Manage enquiries via telephone and service tickets regarding programmes and learners
  • Service Desk management
  • Supporting other departments as required
  • Answering general enquiries by answering inbound calls.
  • Liaise with other departments.
  • Data entry to and maintenance of records on our systems
  • Facilitate communications with clients 'learners and tutors of courses
  • Attend events when required (occasional)
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

You will follow the correct channels to relay feedback, optimise our processes and feed into our overall offering to pharmacy professionals and beyond.

Knowledge of the Pharmacy, Education and Training Sector is not essential as full training will be provided as part of the induction process, but applicants are advised that a positive, can-do attitude is an essential part of organisational culture at Buttercups Training.


Salary expectations
Depending on skills and experience.
