Job Position:
Multi-Trade Void Operatives

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Void Operatives to join our team.

As part of our private and housing association sector, you will be responsible for delivering an effective void service in Hampshire and Dorset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a range of multitrade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, and general repairs.
  • Efficiently complete void works in residential properties, ensuring highquality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
  • Work with our CRM software

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, specifically within the private and housing association sector.
  • Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, and other relevant trades.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Hampshire and Dorset area.

You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within the Housing sector and preferably be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equivalent).


As a multi-trade operative you will have a trades background, with skills and experience in bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling, painting and be required to work on reactive maintenance programmes.

DBS checks are required for this role due to the safeguarding responsibilities towards vulnerable adults and young people.

  • Knowledge and experience of manual handling techniques
  • Prepared to carry out a significant amount of manual labour
  • Be willing to travel across multiple locations company vehicle may be provided.
  • Be able to follow a daily schedule of works
  • Be familiar with the use of online systems to complete daily updates
Essential Experience

  • 3 years Experience
  • Full, Clean UK Driving License

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
