Description

Here at P&O Ferries we are looking for a Customer Experience Project Manager for a 9month FTC to cover a period of maternity.


This role is pivotal to P&O Ferries to excel in both customer experience as well as managing and delivering customer projects from inception through to full roll out.


As our Customer Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of customer experience projects as well as managing the CAPEX budget including the submission and justification process.


Location - Dover we are currently working in a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Your focus:


  • Responsible for the successful delivery of project related work including the establishment of project execution strategies, management of cross functional project teams and to ensure the safe delivery of projects on time, in budget and achieve customersatisfaction
  • Liaise with stakeholders to scope, capture and document requirements, updating project plans and action logs
  • Day to day responsibility for all aspects of the customer experience portfolio of projects
  • Build relationships with internal customers and key team members to support alignment of CAPEX project goals.

About you:


  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Able to manage a number of complex business priorities concurrently
  • Highly organised with an analytical mind set
  • Must hold a valid passport as European Travel may be required.
