Description

Our client is a leading City law firm - they are now looking to recruit an IT Trainer to join their busy and expanding IT department.

The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + Benefits. This is a permanent position and the client are currently using a hybrid working approach.

Your responsibilities as an IT Trainer:

New user inductions: taking new staff through a full IT induction and creating and presenting material to remediate any deficiencies
Developing training methods and communications channels to improve training efficacy
Working closely with their internal development team to deliver a structured training plan
Project and change management: Acting as PMO on some projects
Creation and maintenance of project documents
Translating business requirements into specifications
Working with the legal staff to determine how they work and develop process maps and workflows
Helping with projects in areas such as user acceptance testing and product design / deployment

Requirements as an IT Trainer:

Skilled IT trainer with experience of training at all levels
Previous similar experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm
Experience of business process modelling, use cases and case modelling
Degree qualified
Ideally possess MS Office Specialist Expert Certification
Qualifications gained in IT Training
Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
