Wild recruitment have a new opportunity working for a respected company as a Data Quality Advisor. This company has amazing benefits including free parking, 25 days holiday and working Monday to Friday (no weekends)

As a Data Quality Advisor, you will be supporting the wider team at the UKs number 1 property portal.

This role will focusing on delivering the highest quality to the clients and to identify misleading or unfair information and to rectify this.


The role:

  • Investigate into a variety of cases
  • Use multiple systems to research into these cases
  • Confident in concluding an investigation
  • Making amendments to inaccurate information
  • Communicate internally and externally
  • Ability to have difficult conversations
  • Communicate with other departments within the company
  • Contribute new ideas within the team

Looking for:

  • Someone who has experience in difficult conversations
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working within investigations and complaints
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Experience using Microsoft, Excel and Word
  • Some who is proactive, has a desire to get involved and help where needed.
