Resource Administrator required for a growing business in Bristol.
As a Resource Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that Team Educate upholds the high standards of safeguarding for their staff and consultants
  • Ensuring Team Educate continues to comply with the REC vetting processes
This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company with an amazing office environment.

You will trained by industry experts and shadow an experienced compliance manager who will be able to get you up to speed and teach you everything required, to become a very successful recourse consultant.

Team Educate was first established in November 2019, and has since gone from strength to strength. We are now a market leader within education recruitment and are a well-known name, throughout Bristol and the Southwest.

Due to our success and rapid expansion, we are now looking to welcome new members to the team as we start the next stage in our growth.

The Role:


  • Full time position (Monday
  • Friday)
- £20,000 - £27,000 starting salary + progression

  • Working hours 09:00 17:00 Mon
  • Thursday and 09:00 16:00 on Fridays
  • Trained by the best in the industry
  • Dress down / early finish Fridays
  • Term time holiday allowance
  • 22 days holiday + UK bank holidays

The interview process will consist of a first stage telephone interview with our Director, followed by a second stage, in person interview.
