Cleaning Operative: Parttime, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
Communal Area Cleaners: Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Operative:

Perform cleaning tasks in various residential and commercial properties.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces and upholstery cleaning
Bed linen changes
Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilised and maintained.
Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Completing tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes.

Communal Area Cleaners:

Cleaning and maintaining communal staircases
Sweeping and mopping stairs and landings
Dusting bannisters and cleaning windows.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Ensuring communal areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
Valid driver's license preferred for both roles.
