About Our Client:


Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider to a wide UK customer base and they are now looking to expand their team with an Interim Technical Support Agent in their Altrincham office on a 3 month basis.

As an Interim Technical Support Agent, you will be;

  • Handling inbound communication, via multichannels
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
  • Trouble shooting customers problems
  • Supporting with any general account queries

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful in this role;

  • Experience within technical support
  • Have a strong customer focus
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
