We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to work with our hotel client in Malta. You'll manage a Maintenance team over two hotels, expanding to three once the new hotel is booked.


Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager -

  • Manage the full maintenance and engineering programme over two hotels preventative and reactive
  • Deal with financial budgets and forecasting
  • Manage team of maintenance staff
  • Report and meet with hotel cluster team
  • Follow regulatory framework
  • Work towards and deliver green credentials
  • Previous experience working as Maintenance Manager in the hotel sector, or similar sector
  • Educated in a relevant discipline
  • Management experience
  • Able to relocate to Malta
  • Looking for a life changing opportunity
