Operating across it's portfolio of brands including Danielle Beauty, Aroma Home, Vintage Cosmetics, Full Circle Beauty, Wanderflower & Yes Studio it is well known for it's trend led design and development supplying retail customers across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia and New Zealand.

With a team of 39 people in the UK across design, product development, marketing, sales, operations and finance the business is continuing to grow significantly and therefore looking to add further resource into the administration and finance team to support this growth.

This is therefore an incredibly exciting time to join a fast paced, dynamic and energetic UK based business.


The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Financial Controller in the day to day aspects of the Stock Purchases of the business.

With the experience of working as part of a team, ideally in a commercial business, the Purchasing Assistant will be involved in preparing documentation for all UK and Overseas Suppliers and being responsible in following the process from start to finish.

Hybrid working once trained and inducted into business (2 days in the London Bridge office and 3 days at home)


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing Overseas Supplier Documentation for Payment
  • Reconciling Oversea Supplier Documentation for Split Shipmenst
  • Creating Weekly List of Creditors for Payment
  • Processing UK and Oversea Invoices through our Accounting System
  • Processing payments of Creditors through our Accounting System
  • Processing Landed Costs

Experience:


  • Experience in a Purchasing role
  • Experience in a consumer goods business prefferable
  • Experiece in SAP prefferable
  • A focus on accuracy and information
  • Creative and Organised
  • Practical thinker with a can do approach
  • Strong Team Player
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Able to liaise with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong excel and word skills
This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic finance team supporting a growing business


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 weeks


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
