The Kinleith Mill is a fun, busy and lively pub in Juniper Green. The pub has a great staff team who are all part of the character of the pub.

We are looking for a person who loves hospitality and really likes to enjoy themselves at work, to fit into our exisiting team.

We really would love to hear from you if you have bar and waiting experience, and could step into this role as bar supervisor.

Main Duties:
Ensure smooth running of shift, providing guidance and leadership to staff on duty
Good awareness of stock security and stock control
To provide a warm and friendly welcome, and great service to our customers
Provide guidance when necessary to other members of staff
Social Media
Cash up and lock up procedures
Opening procedures
Maximises and drive sales forward
To ensure all hygiene, food safety, and licensing legislation is adhered to

Salary:
£10.00-£12.50 per hour
