Description
As Personal Assistant to the School, you will work within the Finance & Operations team.

We provide support to academic and professional services colleagues on finance, recruitment & HR, Estates Management, Health & Safety & Events Management.


As the School's Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing PA support to the Dean of the School and the Head of Professional Services.

You will also arrange and minute the School Executive and Advisory Boards and other School level committees such as The Professional Services Management Group (PSMG), Promotion & Probation Panels & Staff Review & Development (SRDS).


You will also provide secretarial and administrative support for the five Associate Deans (listed below) who alongside the Dean and Head of Professional Services make up the Schools senior management team.

This will include helping to organise events, book travel and assist with diary management
