WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Global L&D team is currently completing a large learning transformation.

As we move to a Learning Journey approach, this role will be critical to supporting the roll out efforts, supporting the efforts of the current operational team and allowing us to maintain the launch timeframes.

The key focus of the role will be to:


  • Work with the transformation teams and faculty team to staff internal trainers (Managing Director and Partners) to support specific sessions. This will include communication reach outs, working with EAs on scheduling, managing the scheduling database, raising issues as they arise and being the point person to fill availability slots
  • Support the transformation efforts to build elevated technical set ups of our Internal trainers; communicating the offer, tracking purchasing and maintaining uptake
  • Updating external Senior Advisor cost/usage database for 202
  • Supporting the set up of train the trainer sessions for new facilitators
  • When required, hosting and producing virtual live sessions; engaging with learners and trainers, managing virtual meeting needs and supporting any learner needs in the moment

  • Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities effectively, meeting deadlines
  • Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with BCG staff across all levels of seniority
  • Excellent English skills: written and oral communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; experience doublechecking and crosschecking own work
  • Ability to write slides, to produce tables and graphs in PowerPoint as part of standard reporting
  • Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience working within a fast paced, challenging organization
  • A passion to add value and work in a fast paced role and team
  • Experience in professional services and working with senior leaders
  • Strong operational focused work; able to handle new information quickly
  • Proven organizational skills, including ability to effectively manage and prioritize work, and communicate these workplans to managers and teams
  • Proven confidence working In a virtual setting and managing virtual meeting tool

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across N.America, Europe and India.

As a complex matrix structured organisation you will also work with L&D teams in our local systems across our regions as well as with counterparts and colleagues in our Global L&D teams.

You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others
