Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Trust are pleased to announce an expansion of Nursing and Midwifery clinical educators.

We are recruiting a number of Band 6 clinical Skills facilitator (CSF) across the Divisions, to support our international and national recruitment programme.


Focusing on recruitment, induction, preceptorship and retention, they will work within current Divisional Practice Development Teams, to ensure career progression and support is available to all.

These roles will also give insight to service Improvement and focus on the maintenance of clinical standards.
