Description

Based in Exeter, The Medical Eye Clinic, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the excellent team.

We are a family run business and the role includes but is not limited to:

Processing PAYE
Overseeing and processing VAT
Quarterly VAT returns to be processed according to our partial exemption status, checking all entries are correct, adjusting the RTI return
Conducting bank reconciliations
Month and year end journals
Checking time sheets for absences
Preparation of management accounts up to trial balance
Processing payroll according to company policies and procedures
