Responsibilities

• Manage performance on the area of the renewals journey focused on retaining customers
• Own the commercial and customer KPIs that will determine the performance of the journey
• Manage regulatory responsibilities associated with the role - for example ensuring relevant consumer duty considerations are considered in the management of journey performance
• Manage the change process of initiatives you come up with - whether they are digital, marketing, operational, or something that touches multiple parts of the business
• Analyse data to understand trends, impacts, or forecast future performance
• Work with experienced product designers to create impactful journeys that improve experiences for our customers

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital change
• Experience owning a P&L or responsibility of commercial metrics that have significant impact on a company's profitability
• Conversion Rate Optimisation/Multi-variate journey testing
• Working with a large operation, understanding channel-shift dynamics between digital and other channels
• Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably the General Insurance industry.
