What does the role involve?


Reporting to the Group accounting and reporting manager, you will be working closely with your team to participate and contribute to Financial Control and tax compliance.

You will support accounting for specific operating units and ensure that numbers included in the general ledger are accurate and timely.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will be working closely with managers, colleagues, and the treasury team to create opportunities to support the success of Novuna.


Some of your key duties include:

  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, loading general ledger journals, and raising manual invoices
  • Assisting with the currency revaluations of all monetary balances
  • Creating monthly reports to mitigate any unhedged positions
  • Reviewing and maintaining financial controls and process documentation
What are we looking for?

You enjoy multitasking and come with excellent attention to detail. You have experience with working 'at months end' and enjoy the challenges of working to deadlines.

You are naturally an organised individual that works well using your own initiative to prioritise your work throughout the week.


Also, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in analysing statistics and data
  • An understanding of double entry
  • Experience with operating systems
  • Accounting qualifications (nice to have)
