Key Roles

  • Distribution, retrieval and maintenance of clinical paperwork and records
  • Booking/ amending service appointments on our bespoke database and booking system
  • Administration for the Looked After Children's service.
  • Telephone consultations introducing new clients to the service
  • Supporting the Service Manager in the creation of costing documents and liaison with professionals
  • Maintaining an accurate lone worker and absence log
  • Creation of branded documents in line with company standards
  • Preparation of training course materials and event management
  • Audiotyping of clinical assessment reports (in absence of other team members)
