Position Overview:
A great opportunity to join our Sales Team here at SITECH.

The Sales Coordinator will act as first point of contact for our customers and to support our regional sales management team supporting customer requirements the New Sales Enquiries and general day-to-day activity as and when the need requires due to the fast-paced environment.


The role requires close co-ordination with the sales teams, workshop and warehouse to ensure customer orders received can be fulfilled and met promptly and accurately.

Working closely with all departments and suppliers to ensure customer demands are met.


Job Description:


Major Job Functions:

  • Order Processing
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.


  • Order Delivery

  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the needs of the customers.


  • Cross Functional

  • Working closely with other departments to make sure delivery/install dates are met.


  • Supplier Support

  • Working closely with suppliers, ensuring equipment and parts arrive in a timely manner.


  • Customer Invoicing

  • Working with customers / suppliers to resolve invoice disputes. Making sure these are completed within a certain time frame to ensure that the accounts team can monitor bad debt provision.


  • Customer Facing

  • The role requires strong customer facing skills including building relationships with customers as the goto point for quotes on Service and Repairs.


  • Customer Collection

  • Arranging collections of customer equipment through a thirdparty carrier.


  • Internal Relationships

  • The role requires building strong relationships with workshop teams, sales and customer support to ensure activity is managed and with best possible outcomes.


  • General Administration

  • Ensuring all paperwork / orders / quotes / scanning is kept up to date.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and within a highpressure work environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and time management are key aspects
  • Previous experience within a Hire / Service / Workshop environment.
  • Understand the importance of hire fleet activity and fleet management, maintaining track or to maximise customer satisfaction whilst ensuring profitability and maximum utilization.
  • Work effectively under pressure, with multiple priorities and in a highpressure work environment

Knowledge:

  • Understands requirements from a Warehouse / Stores aspect
  • Understands and adheres to SITECH policies and procedures, including safety
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction, metrics and methodologies

Accountability:

  • Sales Order Inputting
  • Sales Order Management
  • Communicating activity to and from the customer
  • Updating the SITECH Stakeholders of activity.
  • Hire customer administration including paperwork, disputes and fleet management

Education & Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office software
  • Knowledge of sales ordering and processing systems
  • Experience and/or knowledge of OEM Dealerships.
  • Experience in working within a service environment or workshop
