Description

To act as a support system to the Sales Department by administering sales information and further administrative duties for the Sales Department.


Responsibilities
To provide administrative assistance to the Sales Director, Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

To process customers standard colour choices and optional extras.
To produce and maintain plot files.

To collate weekly incoming paperwork/reports from developments.
To distribute price lists internally.

To keep the IMS system up to date.
To order branded goods, items of clothing, uniforms, name badges for new starters and ensure adequate stock of hampers.

To collate and order weekly sales stationary for developments.
To deal with sales enquiries.

To cover reception as required.

To contribute with ideas and build upon current procedures.


Experience
Experience within a house building company desirable.


Key Knowledge and Skills
Computer Literate

Communication skills

High attention to detail

Numerical skills


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
