You will be part of a fantastic team at NHS Professionals and as a Principal Recruitment Consultant you will have full accountability for recruiting talent and building talent pools for our NHS client trusts.

If you're an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Finance specialism and are looking for a new challenge to work inhouse with the focus on one specific sector, then this exciting opportunity is for you

We are expanding our Non-Clinical team and growing our specialist sectors.


To be considered for this role you must have experience in the Finance sector and want to stay an SME in that sector.


You will provide effective recruitment strategies to meet our client demand. You will need to be a self-starter and pro-active to succeed in this role.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Create opportunities for permanent recruitment within aligned vertical
  • Undertake proactive recruitment activity to support pipeline growth including, roadshows, client events, referrals, posting of jobs on agreed channels and being a point of expertise in your specific vertical(s)
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate preemployment checks are carried out to ensure correct immigration/work permit paperwork, professional registration (if applicable), qualifications and health clearance in order to fulfil their post
  • Support the compliance team in ensuring on going compliance of workers is maintained
***- To be successful in this post you will need to have the following attributes:
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in a recruitment consultant role
  • Experience of recruiting in the financial sector is desirable
  • Experience of working towards KPIs and objectives/in a target driven environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels across a wide range of managerial and professional groups
