Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT project initiatives from conception to completion. It is essential in this role to possess strong leadership skills, organisational and technical skills. This role requires the ability to managemeet tight deadlines, and effectively communicate with clients and coach team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical and managerial leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor and direct project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Manage training and develop work packages.
  • Ensure projects are compliant with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on track by providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and other partners.

Essential Requirements

  • 2 years demonstratable experience as Project Manager
  • One of the following project management certifications:
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner


  • ITIL V

  • PMP Waterfall
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • IT Project+
  • CompTIA Project+
