Accommodation Needs Assessment Officer - Redbridge Council

- 6+ Month Ongoing Contract

Rate - Negotiable - Please send your CV with the rate of pay you require

Job Role:


  • To specialise in the carrying out accommodation suitability assessments of households accommodation needs under homelessness prevention and relief duties, for mainstream temporary accommodation provision and private sector discharge.
  • To reduce the provision of temporary accommodation and resulting expenditure by ensuring effective options, prevention and relief activity.
  • To work with customers to update and review Personalised housing plans for customers on behalf of the council in light of the homeless reduction act 2017.
