Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000


Location:
Alderley Edge, Cheshire


A growing, well-established, family run firm are currently expanding their IT Service Desk team in the heart of Alderley Edge.


My client are looking for an experience 2nd Line IT Support engineer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

On a day to day basis you will be solving IT Support Tickets and liaising closely with fellow colleagues across the business.

Alongsideescalating tickets to more senior members of the IT Team.

  • Strong customer service skills my client are looking for a confident, approachable individual who is eager to immerse themselves within the companies culture
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • A true team player
  • Confident with Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Previous experience working in both On Prem and Azure environments
  • PowerShell scripting


  • Windows Servers 161

  • Active Directory administration
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Networking trouble shooting, LAN / WAN
