About Crescent Pharmacy
We are a well established Independent Pharmacy in Harold Hill RM3 7PB. Our aim is to continually provide a high level of service to our customers. We are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to communicate constructively in order to achieve desired outcomes for the business
- Have supervisory or managerial experience. _
Desirable but not essential_ - Be able to problem solve and implement solutions
- Be able to work effectively in a team and lead a team
- Be able to adapt to a change in workload and meet deadlines
- Be able to use Microsoft word and excel and to use technology to move from manual processes to computerised systems
JOB ROLE
- Manage the staff and workload in the dispensary and report to the Pharmacy Manager
- Make recommendations on how to change our setup and streamline the functions carried out by the team
- Manage the workflow in the dispensary and be confident to intervene and make changes
- Dispense as and when required
- Ensure invoices and stock are properly accounted for before signing off
- Any other duty delegated by the Pharmacy Manager or member of the management team.
Experience:
- dispensing: 3 years (preferred)
