Description

We are looking for Tenant Liaison Officers to join our construction client.

Your role within the business will be to travel between sites in and around Blackley and Middleton, to liaise between tenant and landlord.

Your role will work on a Temp to Perm basis and will start once a successful interview is completed.

Your duties as a Tenant Liaison Officer will include:

Use own transport to travel from site to site.
Dealing debt collection.
Providing assessments regarding repairs, installations etc.
Complete all relevant paperwork.
Resolve any issues or complaints.

Monday to Friday, Days

Rate of pay 12.50 per hour.
