We have a fantastic opportunity for an Admin person to join the team at Quality Hotel Coventry, Allesley. We are a 3* Hotel with 80 Bedrooms, Restaurant, Bar, Meeting, Function Rooms and Leisure Suite.

We are currently looking for a Part Time Administrator for our hotel accounts department. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is important to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.


What you would be doing on a weekly basis: -

  • Daily Audits
  • Maintaining HR files
  • Credit Control
  • Helping and assisting other accounts staff

What you offer:

  • Previous experience of admin or accounting job is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel & outlook is required.
  • Five days a week approximately 25 hours per week.
Salary meets national minimum wage.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
