We are seeking a
Lead Video Producer to help deliver our growing slate of projects, from initial briefing through to delivery.

We're seeking a Lead Video Producer who can run with the pre-production phase and use initiative to progress an idea into scheduling, storyboarding, logístical planning and beyond.
You'll work with the Cande Group directors, project owners, editors, freelancers, writers and contributors to help create content of distinction that delivers against client objectives.
You will be leading project teams and running multiple projects at different phases concurrently, ensuring client deadlines are met promptly.
You will be required to travel to shoots as part of a crew or occasionally on your own. Some national travel with overnight stays and potentially some overseas travel is required too.
You will lead production teams, host ideation sessions with clients and occasionally jump onto an edit to cut proof-of-concepts and help keep things moving in post.
The role is client-facing and requires enthusiasm, confidence and positivity with a can-do approach and someone who understands budgets and project scalability.
We are looking for applicants with:
- A great showreel of creative work
- At least 4 years' experience of commercial video production
- Experience producing/project managing video content from concept to delivery
- Experience drafting call sheets, lining up contributors and talent, spreadsheet management, location planning
- Strong communication skills, particularly keeping all project stakeholders informed
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage project stages
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead on your own with initiative
- Awareness of individual client needs and brand parameters
- Proficient editing skills on Adobe Premiere
- Experience with After Effects and the workflow to Premiere
- A creative and analytical thinker
- A love of geeking out over new kit and nice coffee
- A sense of humour

The package:
£28K - £33K (depending on experience) + bonuses
