The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Business Partner include:

- development of the schools funding formula
- financial returns
- identifying and delivering continual improvements and developments to the finance support function
- work collaboratively with colleagues from internally and externally

The Successful Applicant:

- experience in working as a Finance Business Partner in a large and/or public sector organisation
- experience of working in a large complex organisation
- the ability to build and maintain positive partnerships/relationships
- experience in budget setting and forecasting
- experience of cost/process improvement
