Salary: £
22,000 - £ 24,000
p.a. + benefits
**Suitable for: Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Administrator, Junior Buyer, Buyer, Administrator, Account Coordinator.

The Role
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Raise Purchase Orders in line with ERP requirements
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Preparation of KPI's and performance trend analysis
Prepare cost analyses
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts


The Person:

Experience in business administration, purchasing, planning or account management.
Highly organised with ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Strong MS Office Knowledge including Excel.
Progress chasing/scheduling experience.
Able to work as part of a team an independently.
