Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bridport Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team based at the Bridport Community Hospital.

The ICRT is a multi-disciplinary team offering therapy and intermediate care to a wide range of people within their home environments to prevent avoidable hospital admissions, and facilitate earlier hospital discharge.

The role also provides support to our ward therapy team working with patients on our in-patient ward.

It is essential that you have experience of rehabilitation or a caring role, preferably in both ward and community settings, as well as having good verbal, written and team working skills.

You will need to be flexible in your approach and confident to work alone. Basic IT skills and NVQ level 2/3 would be advantageous.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we can provide an opportunity for you to develop your clinical skills and experience in a supportive team, with regular supervision and appraisals.

This is a full-time post, 37.5 hours per week.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.

Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
