Key Responsibilities

Assisting Workplace Lead in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day to day operational duties*:

Engage with all key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient and swift response to all service requests*:
Manage food consumables (such as the snacking programme) and stock levels*:

Effectively deal with all client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations*:

As a brand ambassador for ISS, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met*:

Coordination of all queries and helpdesk tickets from the customer, ensuring all actions are tracked, distributed and closed off within a timely manor

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
