  • You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettingss, Valuations and Listings in your area. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a businesscontext and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key objectives:

  • Letting, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.

Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister

Remuneration:
Basic salary £25,000. On target earnings of £40,000 to £45,000.
